The federal trust infrastructure in action: Become a member of the Neovo Club now!
Using a fictional example, we would like to show how the federal trust infrastructure works in practice. Test the complete process from issuing to verifying a digital membership card.

After our first showcase, which demonstrated an age verification in our Neovo Brewing demo shop using the e-ID, we are now going one step further and have created a proof of concept that issues its own digital credential and can then verify it. Because the e-ID alone is only a small part of the e-ID law, which was approved at the ballot box last September 2025. Far more exciting is the entire federal trust infrastructure behind it.
What is the Trust Infrastructure?
Behind this term lies an entire service landscape provided by the federal government, which makes it possible to uniquely identify individuals, companies, and other entities, offering them the ability to prove their identity digitally. The 'electronic Swiss passport' or the e-ID, is just one use case of this. Authorities, as well as companies or associations, can use this trust infrastructure to issue their own credentials and verify them when needed.
The 🕺🏻 Neovo Club 🪩
Since all of this sounds very technical and theoretical, we have launched a second showcase to make it more tangible.
Welcome to the 🕺🏻 Neovo Club 🪩 ... fictional, of course 😉
In the showcase, you can sign up for the "Neovo Club" and issue yourself a digital membership card directly into the swiyu app. To complete the entire process, you then have the option to verify this membership card as well. And please don't be put off by the registration. All data entered there is only used to be displayed when issuing the fictional membership card in the swiyu app. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time.
👉 Issue your membership card now: https://neovo-club.test.neovo.ch/register
The use case is fictional, but the technical process behind it is real and corresponds exactly to what can later be built in real projects based on the federal trust infrastructure.
What is the Difference from the First Showcase?
In the first showcase with the beer shop, we showed how verification with the e-ID works. Specifically: a person proves that they are old enough to buy beer. That corresponds to the role of the Verifier.
In the Neovo Club, we go one step further and map the entire process:
Issuer: The Neovo Club issues you a digital membership card and stores it in your swiyu app.
Verifier: On the same platform, you can present this card again and have yourself verified as a club member.
This way you experience both sides of the trust infrastructure and understand how credentials are issued, stored, and verified.
How the Neovo Club Works

And What Comes Next?
The Neovo Club is our second public showcase. But the work doesn't stop here:
Further showcases will follow. And what particularly excites us: we have already developed a first productive proof of concept for a client. More on that soon.
We are convinced that the federal trust infrastructure has enormous potential, far beyond the e-ID. From digital diplomas to membership cards to authorization credentials within companies, there are many exciting possibilities.
We are happy to help you better understand the federal trust infrastructure or implement a concrete use case. Get in touch with us if you have any questions or want to implement a proof of concept tailored to your needs.
