He also proved his talent under competitive pressure: at the regional championship in Zurich, he secured first place and went on to represent the region at the Swiss National Championships, establishing himself as one of the country's top backend and frontend developers.

While many developers focus on pure visualisation, Manuel's focus lies in the depth of the application and the implementation of high-performance code. He specialises in developing complex backend logic and powerful e-commerce solutions that translate demanding processes into stable and scalable architectures. In doing so, he creates measurable business value: for instance, he developed highly complex pricing calculation algorithms for online shops that previously had to be handled entirely manually, automating those processes to achieve significant cost reductions. His technical strength is particularly evident in the transformation of existing systems: by reimplementing business logic from existing ERP systems into an optimised backend architecture, he achieved dramatic performance improvements.
A Global Horizon
To expand both his professional and personal skills, Manuel completed a six-month internship in Japan. This time abroad was formative: it challenged him in a completely new cultural environment and helped him gain fresh perspectives on software development and his own working style. That international experience is reflected today in his adaptive and disciplined approach to work.
Outside of Work
When he's not working on complex algorithms, Manuel pursues other technical and creative passions. He finds his balance in 3D printing, where he combines technical understanding with hands-on precision, or he picks up a camera to capture the world from a different angle.
