Severin completed his apprenticeship as an IT specialist with a focus on systems engineering at Zürcher Kantonalbank. His journey into software development began with Java and Angular, but it was the frontend that truly captured his heart. Eager to design experiences that put people first, he studied Interaction Design, joined a web agency, and eventually found his place at Neovo.
Severin believes design and code should go hand in hand. He designs with feasibility in mind, ensuring his teammates receive clear, technically solid tasks that make implementation smooth and efficient.
Severin has contributed to many projects, from large enterprise platforms such as Migros Online to smaller CMS solutions that he supported from the first design prototype through to the final go-live.
Outside of work, Severin loves to disconnect and head for the mountains. He spends winters on skis or ski tours and explores the Zurich area on his gravel bike whenever the weather allows.
Severin bridges Interaction Design and Frontend Engineering, turning Figma designs into fast, maintainable code. With UX and feasibility built in from the start, he creates solid specs and scalable design systems for complex platforms and e-commerce solutions.
